Kokedama is a traditional Japanese technique that involves encasing a plant’s root system in a mixture of soil and moss, secured with string. Meaning "moss ball," these distinctive living arrangements can be positioned on flat surfaces or suspended by string, providing an elegant and minimalist alternative to conventional planters.
