Our Wedding Flower Planning Process
Step 1
Fill out our brief Inquiry Form, asking a few questions so we can get a sense of who you are and what you care about.
Step 2
We’ll provide you with a preliminary quote and our recommendations to best suit your budget, priorities, and the vision. We will dive into the details during our discovery call!
Step 3
After placing your booking retainer (you've said YES to the flowers!), we provide you with a complete mood board outlining all the juicy floral details.
Step 4
Eight weeks prior to the day we’ll meet (in person or virtual) to run through the vision, talk through any updates and changes to the plan and finalize the details.
Step 5
Your Wedding Day!
Don’t stress! Pop the champagne and enjoy the day. We have all the details sorted and we’ll be on-site to help navigate all the flower details.

I don't know the names of the flowers I like, is that ok?
You do not need to know the name of every flower or foliage! We create a proposal for you which outlines the botanicals we think would bets suit your wedding (with handy photos) so you can easily understand the overall look of your wedding arrangements.
How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
We encourage our clients to book their wedding flowers with us at least six to eight months in advance.
Can I customize my wedding bouquet and arrangements?
We create custom arrangements that best suit your wedding's location, time of year, and any special requests you may have. Our signature style is often described as organic, whimsical, and intentional. Photos of inspiration are considered, but we do not replicate another designer's work - your wedding day florals deserve to be tailored specifically for you.
Do you offer delivery and setup services for wedding venues?
Yes, we offer both scheduled delivery and set up of wedding arrangements to venues in Edmonton and beyond!
How do you ensure the flowers remain fresh throughout the wedding day?
We ensure that your floral arrangements remain as fresh as possible through a multi-step process: we purchase fresh product only from our trusted suppliers, hydrate and condition all flowers & foliage prior to arranging, store the completed designs in our floral cooler, and ensure that any arrangements created without a water source (such as wearable flowers) are conditioned with a finishing spray to seal in moisture. We work closely with our client’s timeline to find the best time to deliver and set up any floral arrangements that will be without a water source (such as a hanging installation). Any arrangements delivered with a water source (such as a centerpiece) will be inspected for water levels before our team leaves the venue. We provide care cards for any arrangements being picked up directly from our Studio.
