What can I expect to pay for wedding floral?
There are many factors that determine price (time of year, location, flower varieties & seasonal availability, preferred style, size & scale of arrangements, quantity of arrangements, and type of arrangements), which is why we recommend meeting with us in a wedding consultation to discuss your wedding’s specific needs (for example, a hanging installation will require more flowers and labour than a table centerpiece)
What types of flowers do you recommend for weddings?
his is a very individual question. It’s kind of like asking what I recommend to order at your favourite restaurant - without knowing your preferences, or the details mentioned in the previous answer, I can only provide you with flower varieties that are available year round. Having more detail allows me to make seasonal recommendations of absolutely stunning flowers and foliage which we can source locally in Alberta or BC
How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
10 - 12 months for peak season (May through mid-October, 6-8 months for off season (November - April). We do not hold dates without an initial booking payment and our availability is first-come-first serve.
Can I customize my wedding bouquet and arrangements?
Absolutely, this is why we require so much detail in order to provide you with a quote. We create custom floral arrangements to best suit your event.
Do you offer delivery and setup services for wedding venues?
Yes, we offer scheduled delivery, set up, transfer (moving arrangements from one location to another), and tear down (clean up) services.
How do you ensure the flowers remain fresh throughout the wedding day?
With over 15 years of experience in Floral Design, we have found the best solutions to ensure your flowers remain fresh. All flowers and foliage are inspected upon arrival to check for any damage in shipping.We hydrate flowers and foliage and allow them to open to the perfect stage before placing them in our flower coolers. Once the final arrangements have been designed, we spray a flower-safe finishing spray on bouquets, wearables, and arrangements that don’t have a strong water source such as archway pieces, hanging installations, garlands, and floral backdrops to prevent transpiration through the flowers.
