What types of events do you provide floral designs for?
We provide floral designs for events such as award galas, anniversaries, baby showers, bachelorette parties, birthdays, bridal showers, commencements & graduations, corporate parties, funerals, holiday parties, and retirements.
Can you accommodate specific themes or color schemes for events?
Yes, we can accommodate specific themes and colour schemes for events. For example, we have created arrangements in green and gold for University of Alberta Alumni Relations events.
How do you handle last-minute changes or requests?
Any changes that will alter the look & feel of the event may be subject to additional costs. Changes may be subject to additional fees in order to secure more product or to cover the cost of product already ordered.
Do you offer on-site setup and teardown services?
Yes, we offer both scheduled on-site setup and teardown services.
How do you ensure the flowers remain fresh throughout the event?
We ensure that your floral arrangements remain as fresh as possible through a multi-step process: we purchase fresh product only from our trusted suppliers, hydrate and condition all flowers & foliage prior to arranging, store the completed designs in our floral cooler, and ensure that any arrangements created without a water source (such as wearable flowers) are conditioned with a finishing spray to seal in moisture.
We work closely with our client’s timeline to find the best time to deliver and set up any floral arrangements that will be without a water source (such as a hanging installation).
Any arrangements delivered with a water source (such as a centerpiece) will be inspected for water levels before our team leaves the venue.
We provide care cards for any arrangements being picked up directly from our Studio.
