Cordyline fruticosa 'Purple Compacta' is a charming, upright shrub that stays cozy under one metre tall and wide. Its slender stem doesn’t branch much but toughens up to form a neat little trunk decorated with leaf scars like nature’s own artwork. The smooth, glossy lance-shaped leaves stretch 30 to 50 cm long and 5 to 10 cm wide, flaunting shades from rich purple to vibrant violet. This compact plant packs a colourful punch in a petite package!
