Our Wedding Flower Planning Process
Step 1
Fill out our brief Inquiry Form, asking a few questions so we can get a sense of who you are and what you care about.
Step 2
We'll confirm our availability and schedule a Consultation Call to dive into the details so we can create a custom Floral Design Proposal.
Step 3
After placing your booking retainer we will reach out eight weeks prior to your wedding day to run through the details, talk through any updates and changes to the plan and finalize the details.
Step 4
Your Wedding Day!
Don’t stress! Pop the champagne and enjoy the day. We have all the details sorted and we’ll be on-site to help navigate all the flower details.

How do you make sure the florals fit the overall look and feel of my wedding?
We start by understanding your vision—your colour palette, venue style, the atmosphere you want to create, and even the textures and tones you naturally gravitate toward. Then we translate those elements into floral design, layering in seasonality, movement, and intentional details to ensure the flowers feel like an effortless extension of your day—not just a decoration, but part of the story.
How do you ensure everything looks fresh and beautiful on the wedding day?
We source premium, high-quality blooms from trusted suppliers and time our ordering and designing process carefully. Most flowers are prepped and designed within 24–48 hours of your event to ensure peak freshness. We also transport your florals in a temperature-controlled environment and complete finishing touches on-site whenever necessary—because we know those little details make all the difference.
How much should I expect to invest in wedding flowers?
Floral investments vary based on the size, style, and scope of your wedding. For full-service weddings, our couples typically invest $8,000–$15,000+ to achieve lush, impactful designs. Every proposal we create is custom, taking into account your unique vision, priorities, and the seasonality of blooms. We’re happy to guide you through options to help you make the most of your floral investment.
Do you deliver and set up the flowers at my venue?
Absolutely. Full-service weddings include labour for delivery, set-up, and any necessary on-site floral styling to ensure your flowers are installed exactly as envisioned. Our team works closely with your venue and planner to make sure every floral piece is placed perfectly, with care and attention to every detail.
What happens if there are extreme weather conditions (outdoor weddings)?
We plan ahead. For outdoor events, we select hardy flower varieties where possible and time deliveries carefully to minimize exposure to heat, wind, or rain. In case of severe weather, we work with your planning team to adjust floral installations as needed to ensure everything looks beautiful, safe, and intentional—rain or shine.
Will you come back after the event to clean up or remove installations?
Yes, floral strike (take-down) service is available for an additional fee. This includes carefully dismantling large installations and clearing floral items from your venue at the end of the event, as well as collecting and returning all items rented from TwinFlower Studio. If you require strike service, we’ll include it as a line item in your proposal so you have full clarity upfront.
