Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy:

I do not accept same-day deliveries.

I currently offer delivery to Edmonton and Sherwood Park (for other areas, please contact us by phone at 780-222-9404 or by email at twinflower.yeg@gmail.com).

Deliveries may be made throughout the week, Monday through Sunday.

Delivery Times:

Business deliveries will be sent out in the morning and can be delivered between the hours of 10:00AM - 3:00PM.

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you request a specific delivery time, your order may be subject to an additional rush delivery fee if it is within a three hour window. I will contact you by phone to finalize details.

Upon Arrival:

My driver will be wearing a mask. Upon arrival, the driver will either knock/ring the bell, or call to inform the recipient of their arrival. They will place the item on the step and stand back from the door.

Items can be left by the door if no one is home, weather permitting. This is at the sender's discretion. I are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Missed Delivery & Second Delivery Attempt:

If the recipient is not home when my driver arrives, there is no answer on the phone,  and the weather is too cold for the flowers, the items will be returned to my studio. I will contact the sender to inform them of a missed delivery.

If a secondary delivery is desired, a reduced delivery fee will apply. A second delivery attempt will likely be the following day, or at the earliest convenience of the recipient.
